fatherclock.com has a 30 day money back guarantee on all orders of our Hazel grandfather clocks. If you do not like your grandfather clock for any reason then simply send it back for a full refund. Customers will have to pay their own shipping costs. Each grandfather clock comes with a 1 year warranty. If your clock simply does not work in that year, just contact us and describe any problems and we will have the manufacturer either ship a brand new part or take back the non-working part and fix it. As with any warranty, the customer pays for the shipping to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then pays for the shipping to you. RETURN POLICY on Bradford Clocks You will be satisfied at the quality Bradford builds into each product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a Bradford product, please give them a call at 570-427-4493 within (10) business days from receipt of your purchase, and provide them with a brief description of the reason for your return. Your grandfather clock will be shipped out the same day or next business day, if its a holiday or weekend. If the order comes early enough in the day , before the truck arrives, the manufacturer can usually get it on that day's truck. If not, it will go out the next business day. Depending on where you live, it will take 1 to 5 business days for delivery. This all depends on how far you live from the manufacturer's warehouse in Hazel, KY. Our manufacturers strive to get your order filled and shipment out as fast as possible. Bradford wall clocks, anniversary clocks, and wall clocks At this time, we can only accept online orders from within the United States Damaged Goods Policy In the event your clock is damaged during delivery, contact us immediately. Describe the problem to us and we will contact our manufacturer. They will determine how the problem occurred. If UPS is at at fault for the shipping damage, our manufacturer will file a claim. UPS will pick up the damaged clock at their expense. Once the manufacturer receives the damaged clock back in the warehouse, they will ship a brand new replacement, at no extra charge to the you the customer.
